The flame detection of the micro oil ignition burner in the XX coal-fired power plant in Hefei is provided by Honeywell Company. During the operation of the equipment, due to frequent unstable output of flame detection signals and large signal fluctuations,Causing the inability to perform normal flame detection, which in turn affects the normal use of the micro oil system and increases maintenance workload. To solve this problem, the flame detection needs to be upgraded.
There are several reasons for the analysis:
1. The method of external peep detection does not meet the requirements of flame detectors.
2. The function of the flame detector is outdated, and there are no parameters available for debugging when the combustion conditions are poor.
Improvement measures:
1. Improve the external peep detection method to fiber optic endoscopic detection.
2. Retrofit the outdated Honeywell flame detector with AP7000, which is powerful and can be applied in different combustion conditions.
