Overview:

Used for flame detectors or equipment that require low-pressure air for cooling and/or combustion air. Suitable for all flame detection systems.
Use a pry mounted installation method. The two fans are backup to each other, with remote/local control and display functions, automatic switching function for low outlet air pressure, and filter blockage alarm function.

The fan usually installed on the installation bracket includes the following components (see drawings):
1、fans - two 100% capacity New York fans.
2、control cabinet - two cabinets that provide local or remote control.

3、indicator light - Each fan has "running" and "standby" indicator lights.
4、logic - backup logic for backup fans.
5、pressure switches -2 SOR pressure switches for low pressure detection and switching to backup fans, and providing "appropriate pressure" the signal.
6、installation warping - a common ground warping with two manufacturers installing fans.
7、pipeline -1 "Y" shaped pipeline and a reversing baffle for the common output port.
8、Optional - fan inlet filter.
The complete fan device is connected and tested by the manufacturer. The control cabinet adopts hard wiring, and if the outlet pressure of the fan is these two pressure switches detect the automatic switching logic of the fan.
The fan adopts a direct drive type, and other suitable configurations can also be available for special situations. The flange of the fan output port is full sealed welded, in accordance with ANSI 125/150 standard. The fan output connection is a dual channel conical design to achieve low noise levels.
The fan impeller is designed radially, which can produce smooth curves even in low adjustment ratios, ensuring stable performance.
