Overview:

The atomization plate is a high-pressure swirl formed by passing high-pressure fuel through a tangential groove, which forms an oil mist after friction with air. The oil mist will burn when it encounters high-energy sparks. Therefore, the machining accuracy of atomization sheets directly affects the atomization effect of the oil gun. Due to the high machining accuracy of atomization sheets, their atomization particle size is less than 5 microns, which is easy to ignite and fully combusts.

The splitter plate is used in conjunction with the atomizer plate, which evenly distributes high-pressure fuel on the tangential groove of the atomizer plate, reducing the impact of pressure loss on the atomization effect.
