System overview
The function of DR-2000 digital refractometer is to continuously measure the "refractive index". It can be installed in the production line to continuously measure the concentration of fluid, and can also be used as a fault indicator or an integral part of a complete process control system.
DR-2000 can be used for the measurement of a variety of different liquid media, and it still has good performance for turbid, viscous, or liquid media containing suspended solid particles using special refraction principle. Similarly, the measurement will not be affected by the pressure of the measuring part, the product flow speed and other factors.
DR-2000 is equipped with a precise temperature sensor, which can directly measure the temperature of products in the process line. Because there is a certain functional relationship between the refractive index and the temperature of the liquid medium, the temperature can be automatically compensated by special calculation methods to achieve accurate measurement.
The DR-2000 has been set and calibrated according to the requirements of the user's process section and the "refractive index" characteristics of the product before leaving the factory. The user can quickly install and use it according to the requirements in the manual.
Principle of refraction method
