Probe characteristics:

The NOVATECH 1231 zirconia probe (oxygen sensor) adopts the world's latest patented technology and applies the welding technology of zirconia sheets and steel jade tubes to ensure that the physical properties of zirconia sheets and steel jade tubes are consistent, achieving a consistent thermal expansion coefficient. Explosion will not occur under extremely cold and extremely hot environmental conditions. The probe has high measurement accuracy, no drift, fast reaction speed, strong thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance, and can be used normally in high water vapor and dust environments without specific calibration. The oxygen millivolt signal is consistent with the energy potential law curve, and the probe can withstand temperatures up to 1400 ℃, with a long service life of over 5 years. The cost of use and maintenance is low, and each component of the probe can be independently replaced.

The probe is installed in a spiral manner. Users only need to drill holes and install a fixing nut or flange at the required installation location, screw the probe in, and then connect it to the wall mounted oxygen analyzer with a specific cable to work. When the probe length exceeds 1 meter, it is best to install a fixing device inside the probe. It is best to have an angle of 15-20 degrees during installation.

Convenient probe calibration:

The calibration method of NOVATECH zirconia probe is very simple, and can be calibrated with air. As the structure of the zirconia probe is completely based on the energy potential law curve, there is no need to use multiple standard gases to set the measurement range, which brings convenience and simplification to users.

Reference gas: The gas pump in the instrument supplies approximately 50 ml/minute. Use instrument gas and supply gas through the user provided pressure reducing valve and float flowmeter. The manufacturer provides the PVC connection pipe and sensor end connection head from the float flow meter to the sensor with the transmitter.

Zirconium battery life: It can operate continuously for 4-6 years. This depends on the composition and temperature of the flue gas. Intermittent operation can affect the service life, and the heater should be kept running continuously.
