Application scope:
The 1732 (Ex) oxygen analyzer can be widely used for detecting the oxygen content during the combustion process in various industries such as power, metallurgy, steel, chemical, pottery, incineration, etc. It can directly monitor the oxygen content in the flue gas during or after combustion in boilers, kilns, sintering furnaces, heating furnaces, well annealing furnaces, etc. During measurement, the temperature inside the furnace and flue can range from room temperature to 1400 ℃ with multiple degrees of high temperature. The analyzer provides real-time oxygen content O2% (percentage) parameters and oxygen potential millivolts in the furnace or flue.
1732 (Ex) oxygen analyzer function:
Input function: One instrument can be equipped with two zirconia probes to display the measured oxygen content in real-time.
Output control: The instrument is equipped with two 4-20mA current output signals and a network communication interface RS485.
Measurement range: Oxygen measurement range from 10 to 30 power to 100% oxygen content.
Alarm setting: The instrument has adjustable high and low oxygen alarm outputs.
Automatic calibration: The instrument comes with an automatic calibration function, and users can customize the calibration time and frequency according to their needs.
Automatic dust removal: The instrument has an automatic dust removal function for the probe, allowing users to regularly clean the probe according to their needs, eliminating the need for manual on-site dust removal.
Intelligent control: The instrument can have human-machine dialogue and complete various functions according to predetermined settings.
Display function: It can display the date, current oxygen content, probe temperature, current oxygen millivolt value, as well as 14 primary status displays and multiple secondary status displays of the required parameters.
Safety function: When the furnace is stopped, the user can control to turn off the heater of the probe to ensure safety during use.
Easy installation: The instrument can be installed with feet hanging on the wall, and there is a dedicated cable connection between the instrument and the probe.

Precautions:
1. When using the 1231 (Ex) heated probe, avoid direct contact with flammable and explosive gases. The NOVATECH instrument is equipped with a safety operating device.
2. When using probes in areas with high sulfur and zinc corrosion, and when in direct contact with oil and gas, please contact us first to avoid damage to the probes.
3. If testing the flue temperature, it is necessary to add a temperature measuring device. The thermometer inside the 1231 (Ex) sensing probe is only used for temperature control of the probe.
4. The length of the probe extending into the flue (referring to the length from the probe thread to the top of the probe)
5. Connection probe flange specifications. (If there are special specification requirements, please contact us for instructions)
6. If the temperature of the probe junction box (referring to the cable) is expected to exceed 130 ℃ and an extension sleeve is required, please contact the instructions.
