Overview:
Due to the long burner length of large boilers, such as 600MW and 1000MW unit boilers, in order to detect the true flame combustion situation in the furnace, it is necessary to penetrate optical fibers into the nozzle of the burner to detect the true combustion status of the burner. The flame signal is converted into optical signal and transmitted to the flame detector in real time. The optical fiber is installed in the inner conduit, with the inner conduit providing the first layer of protection. The inner conduit is installed in the outer conduit, providing the second layer of protection for the optical fiber. The front end of the outer conduit is fixed at the front end of the secondary bellows of the burner, forming a certain Angle to observe the flame state. The other end is fixed on the furnace wall of the burner.Provide cooling air between the outer and inner conduit components to cool the surface temperature of the optical fiber.Due to the complex combustion situation inside the boiler,The external catheter is divided into flexible external catheter, rigid external catheter, ceramic external catheter, and direct observation catheter. Choose different outer conduit structures based on different environments.
