Integrated intelligent infrared flame detector is a fully integrated optical intelligent flame detection device, which adopts advanced digital signal processor, high sensitivity spectral sensor, and integrates advanced fire watching algorithm. It is used to detect flames of fuels such as coal powder, fuel oil, and gas. Suitable for flame detection of multi fuel burners and single fuel burners.
By detecting the radiation signal in the flame stable combustion zone, analyzing the vibration amplitude (flame flicker) generated by the target flame, and capturing the optimal ON/OFF resolution of flame vibration frequency, output ON/OFF contact signal, 4-20MA flame intensity signal, and alarm signal.
Based on an integrated design, the detector consists of sensors and signal processing units, eliminating the need for separate signal amplifier boards, reducing equipment failure points and maintenance workload. The output signal of the detector is stable and cost-effective.
Realize on-site LED status display and control, and the internal parameters of the detector are simple to set, making maintenance and use very convenient.
